Founded in 1920, six months before American women won the right to vote, the League of Women Voters continues to be a leading nonpartisan voice in the fight for democracy. Women-led, with more than a million members and supporters and more than 750 state and local Leagues around the country, the League is a trusted, nonpartisan voice in elections and voting rights. In 2020, LWV Education Fund educated more than 6 million voters with nonpartisan election information and tools to vote. In 2024, we are poised to educate and equip even more voters with your help!

TO PROVIDE EDUCATION TO INCREASE THE AWARENESS OF ISSUES AFFECTING EDUCATION, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, HEALTHCARE, ADULT AND JUVENILE CRIME, PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS, ALTERNATIVE ENERGY SOURCES AND ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION.

The League of Women Voters of the City of New York, INC ("the League") is a nonpartisan organization whose purpose is to promote informed and active citizen participation in government and its electoral process. It neither supports nor opposes candidates or political parties. Membership is open to all persons who subscribe to its purpose. The League is supported by contributions from public-spirited individuals, businesses, and organizations.

TO EDUCATE VOTERS AND PROMOTE FULL PARTICIPATION IN THE ELECTORIAL PROCESS AND TO EMPOWER CITIZENS THROUGH THE USE OF PUBLIC POLICY ADVOCACY

ORGANIZE GENERAL ELECTION PRESIDENTIAL AND VICE-PRESIDENTIAL DEBATES

TO EDUCATE AND INFORM MISSOURI RESIDENTS ON THE MECHANICS OF AND ISSUES EXISTING IN STATE POLITICS. AMONG OTHER THINGS, THE ORGANIZATION WILL OFFER 501(C)3 ORGANIZATIONS TECHNICAL SUPPORT IN EDUCATING THE GENERAL PUBLIC ON POLICY ISSUES.

To increase public awareness of elected officials' performances on environmental issues, to influence decisions of public officials on environmental legislation and policy, and to engage in related social welfare activities to promote and protect the environment.

USHLI is a National Not-For-Profit organization dedicated to promoting Latino educational attainment, leadership development, civic engagement, and non-partisan voter registration

LWVMA, A NONPARTISAN ORGANIZATION, ENCOURAGES INFORMED AND ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN GOVERNMENT, WORKS TO INCREASE UNDERSTANDING OF MAJOR PUBLIC POLICY ISSUES, AND INFLUENCES PUBLIC POLICY THROUGH EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY.

The League of Women Voters of Washington Education Fund is dedicated to strengthening the publics knowledge of government in Washington State. We sponsor and support nonpartisan educational projects to strengthen and help the public better understand major public policy issues
