The purpose of the fund is to provide benefits to eligible participants to ease economic hardship arising form disruption of employment.
PROVIDES SUPPLEMENTAL UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS TO PLAN PARTICIPANTS
TO SUPPLEMENT STATE UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS, NOT TO REPLACE OR DUPLICATE THEM, FOR COVERED EMPLOYEES OF COLD SPRING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY WHILE ON LAYOFF.
