FBRN’s mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome French Bulldogs in need, giving them the healthy, happy lives they deserve.
For over 20 years, we’ve helped neglected, abused, and medically fragile Frenchies across the U.S. and Canada find their second chance. From emergency surgeries to loving foster homes, our work runs on volunteer passion and donor support.
With French Bulldogs the #1 breed in America, surrenders increase each year, along with the heartbreaking effects of irresponsible breeding. But together, we can change their stories. With your help, we can give each dog the love, dignity, and second chance they deserve.

🐾 Beckett’s Glow-Up: From Abandoned to Adored 🐾
Beckett was heartbreakingly abandoned at a PetSmart grooming appointment. His owners told staff they weren’t coming back. He was severely underweight, too weak to stand, and suffering from serious medical issues.
Thanks to fast-acting volunteers, Beckett was rushed to an emergency vet and given the care he so desperately needed.
Just one week later, he was a different dog. With round-the-clock care and lots of love from his foster family, Beckett is now thriving: playful, affectionate, full of life and ready for his forever home!
“He’s had a rough start,” says his foster mom, “but now he’s living his best life. He deserves a family who matches his joyful spirit.”

Rescue and Rehabilitation
We are seeing a growing number of dogs surrendered to us, many arriving with more complex and costly medical needs than ever before. Despite these challenges, FBRN has continued to show up for them: over the past three years, we’ve taken in more than 100 dogs annually and found just as many their forever homes.
Hospice Care
Some dogs need us a little longer. We currently care for four hospice Frenchies who are living out their days surrounded by love in dedicated foster homes. Thanks to our community, they have peace, comfort, and dignity.
