For over 44 years, we have empowered Long Islanders facing a serious and persistent mental illness, chronic health conditions such as HIV/AIDS, and housing insecurity by providing housing, healthcare access, and vital support services that foster stability, dignity, and hope.
Options provides a variety of housing opportunities for Long Island residents with serious mental illness. Our employees assist residents in developing independent living skills. Placement is based on the individual’s ability and need for services.
Options strives to provide Long Islanders struggling with mental illness, HIV/AIDS, substance use and other chronic health conditions with access to exemplary, culturally sensitive health and wellness services.
