To provide home attendant services to over 1000 elderly and incapacitated individuals eligible for Medicaid. This personal care service is defined in the New York State Department of Social Services Regulation 505 14. Funds are provided by Human Resources Administration of the City of New York and Various managed care insurance contractors.
