Our program uses a fun, research-based curricula to teach life skills. Over the course of our 8-week season, girls learn valuable lessons and are encouraged to move at their happy pace. Each Spring & Fall season concludes with a noncompetitive 5K celebratory event designed to build confidence through accomplishment.

Coach with us!

Volunteer Coaches are the heart of our organization. If you would like to make a difference in the lives of young girls, GOTR is such a rewarding volunteer experience. GOTR provides all the training and materials needed to have a successful season. You don't need to be a runner to be a coach. All that's required is your time and commitment twice per week for the 8-week season.
