Tennis Outreach Programs of Puget Sound

TOPS is a community outreach organization in northeast King County, targeting at-risk and underserved youth through tennis and educational programs. To support and enhance community services, TOPS operates an indoor multi-use tennis and learning facility. With the facility, TOPS is also able to provide year-round tennis programs, without the restrictions of Pacific Northwest weather.
