Concordia Community Support Services

Concordia Care Network was formed in the spring of 2015 to provide executive level oversight, management and strategic planning for the non-profit facility and home and community based entities that deliver quality care in good faith, on behalf of those who entrust themselves to our care and to minister to the unique needs of each individual with respect, dignity and compassion. CCN will perform management and policy functions and the organization is committed to providing strong leadership so that the agencies can provide the highest quality of care.
