Lutherville Timonium Recreation Council

To recommend, promote and maintain public recreation programs and services without regard to race, sex, creed, color, religion, age or national origin in this community in cooperation with the Department of Recreation and Parks and the Baltimore County Board of Education. Activities held reduce vandalism, community deterioration, break down prejudice and discrimination and lessen neighborhood tensions.
