Our mission: A worldwide charitable fellowship united by a common loyalty to Jesus Christ for the purpose of helping people grow in spirit, mind and body. The YMCA of Middle Tennessee is the region's leading nonprofit dedicated to strengthening community by nurturing the potential of children and teens, improving health and well-being and providing opportunities to give back and support our neighbors. For over 146 years, we've been giving people of all ages and backgrounds the tools and support they need to learn, grow and thrive. With a presence in six Middle Tennessee counties, our Y reached 182,543 lives in 2022.
