The Louisiana SPCA's mission is to promote, protect and advance the well-being of Louisiana's companion animals.
JJ was in critical condition when he was rescued by our Humane Law & Rescue officers. Abandoned, injured, and seeking shelter, JJ appeared to have a chemical burn on his face and down his spine; most likely caused by being hit by a car. Due to diligent monitoring and care by our team, JJ’s condition began to improve, and he was soon able to make his adoption debut and find a loving home.
