THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES IMMEDIATE FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO DEPENDENTS OF PEACE OFFICERS KILLED OR INJURED IN THE LINE OF DUTY AND PROVIDES EQUIPMENT FOR THE PHYSICAL PROTECTION OF PEACE OFFICERS IN GALVESTON COUNTY. ADDITIONALLY, AWARDS ARE GIVEN TO PEACE OFFICERS FOR OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS.
