THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES AND THEIR FAMILIES AND DEPENDENTS WITH HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS AND SUCH OTHER SIMILAR BENEFITS AS ESTABLISHED UNDER COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS.
