The Asher House is a registered nonprofit sanctuary that advocates for the welfare, protection, and dignity of all animals. Our organization provides rescue, rehabilitation, rehoming and a lifelong sanctuary for animals in need, with a commitment to end animal suffering and promote humane treatment. Through community education, advocacy, and hands-on care, we work toward a more compassionate world for animals.

Friends of the Animal Village (FAV) is a volunteer-run, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. (Federal Tax ID# 30-0648659.) FAV's mission is to provide supplemental financial and promotional support to our local shelter, the Little Rock Animal Village. Through fundraising events, donations, and promotion, our ultimate goal is to raise awareness about the Village and increase adoptions. The Animal Village is performing valuable work to benefit animals and the betterment of our community, and it can accomplish even more with additional funding, as well as with community awareness of its animals and programs. That is why Friends of the Animal Village exists. We are dedicated to strengthening the support network that helps the Animal Village thrive, broadening its activities, and seeing more animals find loving homes. We are run by a nine-member Board of Directors and have many regularly scheduled fundraising events throughout the year, a great merchandise store, and we stay actively involve

THE MISSION OF THE ZOOLOGICAL SOCIETY IS TO TAKE PART IN CONSERVING WILDLIFE AND ENDANGERED SPECIES, TO EDUCATE PEOPLE ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF WILDLIFE AND THE ENVIRONMENT, AND TO SUPPORT THE MILWAUKEE COUNTY ZOO.

SUPPORT OPERATIONS OF A ZOO FOR THE EDUCATION AND ENJOYMENT OF INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN AND VISITING CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE.

TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE LOUISVILLE ZOO FOR TEACHING, RESEARCH AND SERVICE PROGRAMS, THE CONSTRUCTION OF EXHIBITS AND DISPLAYS AND THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES FOR THE ANIMALS OF THE LOUISVILLE ZOO.

PROMOTE ESSEX COUNTY TURTLE BACK ZOO THROUGH EDUCATION AND RESEARCH.

To strengthen the conservation movement by funding and supporting conservationists from all communities, while educating and inspiring the next generation of leaders.

PROMOTE WELFARE OF ANIMALS HOUSED AT FOLSOM CITY ZOO SANCTUARY BY FUNDING ENCLOSURES AND EXHIBIT IMPROVEMENTS, PROMOTING BEHAVIORAL ENRICHMENT & SPECIAL NEEDS OF THE ANIMALS. TO INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE ZOO SANCTUARY BY SUPORTING EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND SPONSORING EVENTS FOR THE PUBLIC.

Provide support for operations and programs offered by the Lowry Park Zoological Society of Tampa.

OUR MISSION IS INSPIRING CONSERVATION OF OUR MARINE ENVIRONMENT.

TO PROVIDE CARE AND RELIEF TO ANIMALS IN SUPPORT OF THE HUMANE SOCIETY OF INDIANAPOLIS, INC.

Nurture in the public an understanding, appreciation, and stewardship of the San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge Complex, its natural and cultural history, and to conserve, preserve, and restore bay lands as essential wildlife habitat. Environmental Education supports conservation awareness and builds stewardship in local communities. Biology programs support habitat preservation and restoration. Long term partnerships with Santa Clara Valley Urban Runoff Pollution Prevention Program and local corporations provide major funding for these efforts. Efforts also support public access and conservation education.

TO OWN AN ANIMAL RESCUE CENTER, WHICH HOUSES A PUBLIC VETERINARY CLINIC, SHELTER ADOPTION AREA, LOST AND FOUND AREA, TRAINING AND PUBLIC MEETING ROOMS, AS WELL AS STAFF AND VOLUNTEER AREAS LOCATED ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY KNOWN BY THE COMMON STREET ADDRESS OF 6926 HAMILTON AVENUE, PITTSBURGH, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA AND TO PROVIDE THE PROPERTY TO THE HUMANE ANIMAL RESCUE, A PENNSYLVANIA NON PROFIT CORPORATION.

TO BENEFIT AND FURTHER THE PROGRAMS, SERVICES, EDUCATION, RESEARCH, ANIMAL AND EQUIPMENT PURCHASES, AND EXHIBIT CONSTRUCTION OF THE LOUISVILLE ZOO.

TO PROMOTE AND STIMULATE INTEREST IN THE BRAMBLE PARK ZOO AND SUPPORT THE ZOOS DEVELOPMENT AND PROGRAMS THROUGH FUNDRAISING, MARKETING AND OTHER INITIATIVES DESIGNED TO ENHANCE THE ZOO EXPERIENCE.

TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE JACK MINER BIRD MIGRATORY BIRD FOUNDATION OF CANADA.

TO PROMOTE COLLABORATIVE STUDY OF OUR SHARED U.S., BERMUDA AND CARIBBEAN ENVIRONMENT THROUGH SUPPORT OF REGIONAL RESEARCH AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS.

TO PROMOTE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE FINANCIAL NEEDS OF ZOOLOGICAL SOCIETY OF BUFFALO, INC. (THE BUFFALO ZOO) AS WELL AS THE FULL TIME DEVOTION TO SEEKING, RECEIVING, HOLDING, MAINTAINING, AND REINVESTING FUNDS ON BEHALF OF BUFFALO ZOO.

THE MINNESOTA ZOO FOUNDATION RAISES CONTRIBUTED INCOME AND SUPPORTS CONSERVATION AND ANIMAL CARE PROGRAMS ON BEHALF OF THE MINNESOTA ZOO. THE MISSION OF THE MINNESOTA ZOO IS TO CONNECT PEOPLE, ANIMALS, AND THE NATURAL WORLD TO SAVE WILDLIFE.

THE SPECIFIC PURPOSES AND OBJECTIVES OF THE FOUNDATION SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: (1) TO FOSTER AND PROMOTE THE PUBLICS KNOWLEDGE AND APPRECIATION OF DOGS IN GENERAL AND COLLIES IN PARTICULAR. (2) TO FURTHER UNDERSTANDING OF THE DISEASES, DEFECTS, INJURIES AND OTHER AILMENTS THAT AFFLICT DOGS IN GENERAL AND COLLIES IN PARTICULAR. (3) TO SUPPORT AND PROMOTE THE STUDY OF AND RESEARCH ON THE HISTORY, CHARACTER,VARIETIES, BREEDING GENETICS AND PARTICULAR HEALTH PROBLEMS OF COLLIES. (4) TO ESTABLISH A NATIONAL DATABASE OF RESOURCE MATERIALS ABOUT COLLIES. (5) TO PRODUCE, PUBLISH AND DISTRIBUTE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS ABOUT THE PROPER CARE, TREATMENT, BREEDING, HEALTH, DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING OF COLLIES.

The North Carolina Aquarium Society is a private, nonprofit organization whose purpose is to support the mission of the North Carolina Aquariums and their work in conservation, education and research through advocacy, philanthropic engagement and enhanced guest experiences. This support is provided through donations, exhibit and program sponsorships, membership programs, gift shop operations, and advocacy.
