WORLD CONFERENCE OF RELIGIONS FOR PEACE IS THE LARGEST WORLDWIDE COALITION OF REPRESENTATIVES OF RELIGIOUS COMMUNITIES WORKING TO TAKE COMMON ACTIONS TO SOLVE CRITICAL PROBLEMS IN THE AREAS OF CONFLICT RESOLUTION, JUST AND HARMONIOUS SOCIETIES, HUMAN DEVELOPMENT, AND PROTECTION OF THE EARTH, AS WELL AS TO BUILD AND EQUIP INTER-RELIGIOUS COUNCILS, WOMEN OF FAITH, AND YOUTH NETWORKS AT THE NATIONAL, REGIONAL, AND GLOBAL LEVELS. THE ORGANIZATION IS STRENGTHENED BY ITS ENDURING PARALLEL PARTNERSHIP WITH CIVIL SOCIETY INSTITUTIONS IN MANY DIFFERENT COUNTRIES AND ITS ACCREDITATION TO THE UNITED NATIONS.

TO CONDUCT RESEARCH AND EDUCATE THE GLOBAL COMMUNITY ABOUT THE NEED TO END THE SUFFERING CAUSED BY ANTIPERSONNEL LANDMINES AND CLUSTER MUNITIONS.

Conflict Dynamics International is an independent, not-for-profit organization founded to prevent and resolve violent conflict between and within states, and to alleviate human suffering resulting from conflicts and other crises.

PEACE ACTION EDUCATION FUND (PAEF) IS DEDICATED TO INCREASING PUBLIC UNDERSTANDING OF NUCLEAR AND CONVENTIONAL DISARMAMENT, HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES AND THE ARMS TRADE, AND THAT NATIONAL AND GLOBAL SECURITY REQUIRES WORKING COOPERATIVELY WITH THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY.

This organization is formed exclusively for educational and scientific purposes as defined within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 as amended and to conduct public education dealing with nuclear weapons, other peace concerns and issues of environmental and energy sustainability. We organize programs, conferences, and events, hold classes and otherwise educate the public. We also operate the Peace Nook, a non-profit resource center to promote our mission.
