Placer Valley Sports Complex, Inc. (PVSC) specific purpose is to erect and maintain public buildings and other public works consisting of a long field sporting complex on land owned by The City of Roseville, and to operate the sporting complex for, and on behalf of, The City. Thereby lessening the burden of The City to provide recreational facilities for the public.
