OUR PROGRAM PROVIDES FREE HOME VISITING SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS OF FIRST-TIME PARENTS WITH CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 5 YEARS OLD, BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILIES IN THE COMMUNITIES OF MCKINLEY COUNTY AND SAN JUAN COUNTY.
