HEARTLAND RESOURCE COUNCIL WAS FORMED WITH THE INTENTIONS OF HELPING THOSE WITH DISABILITIES TO LIVE A FULL, PRODUCTIVE, INDEPENDENT LIFE. DUE TO EMPLOYEE SHORTAGE IT WAS DECIDED TO CEASE OPERATIONS AND MERGE WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER.
