Cove Ltd.

The primary purpose for The Cove, Ltd. is to provide a positive, enriching environment in a safe, supervised facility, reducing juvenile delinquency and preventing other negative youth activity that has a deteriorating impact on the community. Further, the facility shall encourage community involvement and collaboration.
