Animal Welfare Association (AWA), a private, non-profit, 501(c)3 animal welfare organization, operates the oldest and largest low-cost pet clinic, adoption center and no-kill animal shelter in South Jersey. We do not receive funds from the government or national groups. We rely upon local donations to fund our life-saving programs. Through a variety of innovative programs including adoptions, veterinary services, pet therapy, trap-neuter-return and humane education, we strive to ensure that animal companionship is accessible to all.

Animals need your help. With a gift to ACA, you can help all animals whether farm, domestic, service, or wild. We are proud to partner with a wide range of nonprofits that reflect the values of animal lovers, and pleased to offer donors the opportunity to assist animals in ways that speak deeply to them. We advance the protection and rescue of animals from cruelty, neglect, abuse and exploitation; promote spay/neuter services and vet care for companion animals; protect endangered wildlife; and support the training of service animals that allow differently abled people to fully participate in life.

The West Suburban Humane Society (WSHS) is a private, volunteer-based, animal welfare organization that was founded in 1972 as a lost-and-found referral service and in 2020, opened a brand new Adoption Center that can house up to 25 dogs and 60 cats! WSHS is 100% funded by individuals, our business partners and private grants. The West Suburban Humane Society is dedicated to operating a premier animal shelter for the purpose of finding safe, permanent and compatible homes to adopt domestic dogs and cats. We are committed to educating and encouraging the public to humanely care for dogs and cats. No Kill Statement - The West Suburban Humane Society is a “no-kill” shelter. A “no-kill” shelter is typically defined by a save rate of 90%. West Suburban’s save rate is 98%. We never euthanize for space or time constraints. By “no-kill”, we mean that once we take an animal into our care, we treat that animal no differently than if it was one of our own pets.

Building a bond for life! The NOAH Center is a nonprofit Animal Adoption Center and Spay & Neuter Clinic dedicated to stopping the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable, and treatable homeless cats and dogs through our adoption and low-cost spay/neuter programs.

Founded in 1965, Animal Humane New Mexico is the state’s leading private 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal welfare organization serving more than 10,000 homeless & at-risk dogs & cats each year. We never euthanize based on age or length of stay & since 2010, have re-homed 100% of healthy pets in our care. We support every companion animal at Animal Humane with outstanding veterinary, social and emotional care & love. As a private nonprofit shelter, we receive no city, state or federal funding; each dollar judiciously spent is earned or raised.

At Providence Animal Center we offer exceptional, affordable and life-affirming rescue, adoption, medical care and training of companion animals and serve as a community resource that inspires others to embrace the human-animal bond. Providence Animal Center is a 501(c)(3) private non-profit, charitable organization registered with the Pennsylvania Department of State. We are not affiliated with any local or state government or federal agency. Our work is supported entirely by private donations.

THE MISSION OF THE PENNSYLVANIA SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS (PSPCA) IS TO PROTECT ANIMALS, PREVENT CRUELTY, AND IMPROVE THE HEALTH AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ANIMALS IN PENNSYLVANIA. THE PSPCA OPERATES UNDER A "NO-KILL" PHILOSOPHY.

The Florida Aquarium's mission focuses on our Shared Purpose of a commitment to save marine wildlife, with a Vision to be Florida's leading conservation-based Aquarium. It accomplishes this mission through hosting over 1 million visitors annually at the Aquarium facility, and by presenting educational and community programs to the public, highlighting our Animal Ambassadors. Conservation projects focusing on Coral propagation and restoration, Sea Turtle rescue and rehabilitation, and Penguin conservation are also top priorities for the Aquarium.

The mission of the Detroit Zoological Society (DZS) is to create meaningful connections between people, animals and the natural world so all can thrive. ANIMAL CARE CENTERS OF NYC'S (ACC) MISSION IS TO END ANIMAL HOMELESSNESS IN NYC.

Dedicated to ending animal abuse and exploitation through education public outreach and investigations.

TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR ABANDONED, STRAY OR UNWANTED ANIMALS WHILE THEY AWAIT LIFE LONG HOMES. OUR VISION IS THAT ALL ANIMALS ARE CARED FOR WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT.

To rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in crisis, ensure healthy pets through education, advocacy, and affordable services, and inspire a community where the animal-human bond is celebrated and nurtured.

WE ENRICH THE HUMANITY OF OUR COMMUNITIES BY PROMOTING COMPASSION AND ENCOURAGING PEOPLE TO FIND JOY, COMFORT AND COMPANIONSHIP THROUGH THE LOVE AND APPRECIATION OF ANIMALS.

THE MAUI HUMANE SOCIETY IS ORGANIZED FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUEL AND/OR INHUMANE TREATMENT OF ANIMALS. THEY ALSO PROVIDE SHELTER FOR OLD, HOMELESS, ABANDONED, SICK, OR INJURED ANIMALS, AS WELL AS ENCOURAGE, PROMOTE, AND PROVIDE EDUCATION RELATING TO THE PREVENTION OF CRUEL AND INHUMANE TREATMENT OF ANIMALS. THE SOCIETY GIVES ASSISTANCE TO THE COUNTY OF MAUI BY OPERATING THE ANIMAL SHELTER AND ADOPTION CENTER, AND THE ANIMAL CONTROL PROGRAM ON THE ISLAND OF MAUI.
