Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) emerged from the front yard lemonade stand of 4-year-old Alexandra “Alex” Scott, who was fighting cancer and wanted to raise money to find cures for all children with cancer. Her spirit and determination inspired others to support her cause, and when she passed away at the age of 8, she had raised $1 million. Since then, the Foundation bearing her name has evolved into a national fundraising movement and is one of the leading funders of pediatric cancer research in the U.S. and Canada.

NPCF is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to funding research to eliminate childhood cancer. Our focus is to fund research to find less toxic, more targeted therapies by partnering with leading hospitals nationwide.

Prevent Cancer Foundation's mission is to empower people to stay ahead of cancer through prevention and early detection. We carry out our mission in four key ways: support of cancer prevention and early detection research. education, outreach, and advocacy.

HMF IS PARTICULARLY FOCUSED ON PHYSICIAN EDUCATION, SUCH AS CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION FOR PRACTICING PHYSICIANS, AND THE EDUCATION OF MEDICAL STUDENTS, RESIDENTS AND FELLOWS IN TRAINING.

Cancer League of Colorado Foundation periodically provides funds to Cancer League of Colorado, a related 501(c)(3) entity, which through its committees and advisory boards allocates funds in support of cancer research and cancer patient support.

Cancer Prevention Initiative, Inc. (CPI) is a nonprofit corporation whose mission is to accelerate the discovery and development of new medicines that prevent cancer. CPI uses its research, medical and pharmaceutical expertise to invest in first-rate science that will discover new strategies for preventing cancer. Our strategy is to support research on prevention of inherited cancers as a path towards elimination of all cancers. CPI acts as a facilitator to ensure that good ideas can find sufficient funding to turn them into therapeutic solutions such as drugs or vaccines to prevent cancer. CPI provides financial support, guidance and expertise throughout the research and development process to help researchers use the resources (donations) for the highest possible impact.
