Founded in 1984, Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado (VOC) is the state's oldest outdoor stewardship nonprofit organization. Our mission is to motivate and enable people to become active stewards of Colorado's natural resources. Each year, we engage thousands of people to provide a volunteer workforce for recreation and habitat improvement projects in partnership with land agencies, nonprofits, and community groups. These volunteer projects take place in every corner of Colorado and over the decades, we've grown beyond our projects - and our borders - to help others start and improve their own volunteer stewardship programs and inspire all of us to find our place in caring for the outdoors. The New Jersey Tree Foundation is a statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to planting trees in New Jersey's most underserved neighborhoods, where the need is greatest. Through tree planting, volunteerism and partnerships, we assist communities in improving their environment and quality of life.

Jimmy Miller Memorial Foundation falls under the Environmental Education category: Organizations such as nature centers that provide informal classes which acquaint participants with particular aspects of their environment and increase their understanding of and appreciation for ecological balance. Thompson Island Outward Bound Education Center's (TIOBEC) primary purpose is to provide adventurous and challenging experiential learning programs that inspire character development, compassion, community service, environmental responsibility, and academic achievement. Our organization principally serves early adolescents from all economic and social communities of greater metropolitan Boston, and the institutions and adults who support them. Our programs for BPS students have been developed to help close the opportunity and achievement gaps faced by Boston’s middle school students. In the 1970s, students from wealthier families tested two grade levels above their lower income peers; prior to the pandemic that gap had grown to four grade levels. Recent studies and articles have concluded that the achievement gap between children from poorer and richer families is bound to rise as a result of the pandemic. TIOBEC’s Connections program serves Boston Public Middle Schools students.

Steep Rock Association is a nationally accredited land trust whose mission is to conserve ecologically and historically significant landscapes and riparian corridors in and around Washington, CT, and to enhance the community’s connection to nature through outreach, education, and passive recreation.

The Coral Springs Nature Center & Wildlife Hospital; DBA Sawgrass Nature Center and Wildlife Hospital (SNC) is a vital 501c3 organization serving South Florida. We are a volunteer-driven organization, founded in 1995 by a dedicated group of volunteers committed to helping wildlife. Our mission is twofold: *To rehabilitate injured, sick, and orphaned wild, native animals and return them to their natural habitat. We also maintain habitats for animals that cannot be released due to their injuries or non-native status. *To provide environmental education to students and adults virtually, as well as through outreach programs and in-house field trips for schools, scouts, civic groups.

By piggybacking on technology and supply chains already in use by major food and hotel chains, we’re able to set a bold goal of 100% coverage of a platform (instead of simply a pilot project): every orphanage in China; every public school in Kathmandu, Nepal; every child-serving institution in Kolkata, India; and more.
