JOIN exists to support the efforts of individuals and families experiencing homelessness to transition into permanent housing. Our efforts are directed at individuals sleeping outside or in their car in the Portland Metro area. Our service provision is not dependent on age, gender, race, ethnicity, faith, culture, language, sexual identity, specific diagnosis, or identifiable issue.

The NYC LGBT Community Center (The Center) was established in 1983 at the height of the AIDS crisis to provide a safe and affirming place for LGBTQ+ New Yorkers to respond to the urgent threats facing the community. The mission of Friends of Karen is to provide emotional, financial and advocacy support for children with a life-threatening illness and their families in order to help keep them stable, functioning, and able to cope. We started in 1978 with one family; one child, Karen MacInnes; and one inspired woman, Sheila Petersen. Since then, we have assisted more than 18,000 children and their families.

Russell House is a not-for-profit organization that provides service and support to victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, and stalking. We support the principle that all individuals have a right to a life free of abuse. We seek to break the cycle of violence by increasing awareness, acting as advocates for victims, coordinating existing resources, and providing safe shelter to victims and their children.

THE FOOD DEPOT STRIVES TO END HUNGER IN NORTHERN NEW MEXICO. THE FOOD DEPOT COLLECTS FOOD FROM NATIONAL, STATE AND LOCAL SOURCES AND PROVIDES THESE DONATIONS TO HUNGRY NEW MEXICANS THROUGH MORE THAN 76 PARTNER AGENCIES IN NINE COUNTIES.
